Principle and Structure

The rail transport vehicle adopts an integrated frame structure with nylon wheels at the bottom, which have good insulation performance. Brake pads are installed inside the wheels, and the wheels can be braked by pulling the handle cable. The rail transport vehicle consists of wheels, brake pads, brake cables, brake handles, push handles, frames, locking plates, etc.

Use and Maintenance

1. When transporting rails (e.g., if the rails are too long at the site and excessive bending occurs during lifting, increase the number of rail transport vehicles).

2. Transport the rail transport vehicles to the work site as needed, assemble them on-site as required, and place them securely according to the work requirements.

3. Place the lifted rails onto the transport vehicle, secure them with locking plates, and push the handle to move the rails forward to the designated location.

4. After completing the work, all equipment must be placed outside the safety boundary to prevent accidents.
