The Transporting Tools Rail Carrying Device

Principle and Structure

Principle: according to the lever balance principle, the rail palate is clamped (clamped) by the hinge hook, and then the rail is lifted by pressing down the operating rod with the wheel tread and the rail top as the supporting points, and then the rail is transported to the required place by pushing the operating rod while pressing the operating rod.

Structure: it is composed of rail hook, running wheel and rail carrier frame (operating rod, spindle, horizontal axis, etc.).

Use and Maintenance

1. When two or more rail carrying devices are used, the rail carrying device shall be placed on the running track rail first, and the wheel tread shall be in good contact with the top surface of the rail and placed stably.

2. Make the hook open, put it into the top part of the rail to be lifted, clamp the rail palate, and press down the operating rod of the rail carrying device to lift the rail to be lifted. After the rail is stable, the rail can be transported along the railway line by pressing and pushing the operating rod.

3. When the rail is transported to the required position, the operating rod is lifted up and the rail falls to the ground to complete the operation.

4. Before the rail falls to the ground, the operating rod shall be lifted up slowly to prevent injury caused by sudden lifting of the operating rod.

5. Molybdenum disulfide grease shall be regularly injected and replaced into the rolling bearing assembly of the wheel support spindle; lubricating oil shall be frequently injected into the hinge pin of the hook (lift) to ensure that the rail carrier operates flexibly and does not rust.

6. When the rail to be transported is far away from the line, the rail to be transported should be moved to the position near the line so that the rail carrying device hook can hook up.
