Concrete sleeper is made of concrete, steel, combination, hard appearance, long service life. Cement sleepers can be divided into U-ring and bolt-plate type cement sleepers according to the installation method. The sleeper of U-ring is easy to install, just place the rail between the two U-rings, put the rubber pad underneath, and then use a sledge-hammer to smash the U-ring to hold the rail. Cement sleeper bolt clamping plate is to use T-bolt through the hole reserved under the sleeper to fix the clamping plate and press the rail. A sleeper needs 4 sets of bolts, 4 clamping plates and 2 rubber cushion plates. This sleeper is easy to maintain and can be reused.
