1. Requirements before rail grinding operation.
1. An annual polishing plan should be formulated based on the status of the operating railway rails.
2. The geometric dimensions, shape and position of the line and the foundation under the track should comply with the requirements of relevant technical standards.
3. The rail status and surrounding environment in the grinding area should be investigated in advance, relevant technical data should be submitted, the target profile should be determined, and a grinding technical plan should be formulated; trackside equipment that affects the grinding operation should be removed, and combustible materials on both sides of the line in the operation area should be removed.
4. When the flatness of the welded joint exceeds +0.5mm/1m, a profiling grinder should be used to locally grind the welded joint. After grinding, the flatness should be controlled within the range of +0.1~+0.3mm/1m.
5. The grinding wheel of the grinding car should comply with the requirements of the "Technical Conditions for Ordering Grinding Wheels of Rail Grinding Cars" (Q/CR 1). Before operation, the dust on the guide column of the grinding motor should be thoroughly cleaned, and the mounting bolts of the grinding wheel should be checked and tightened. If the power of the grinding motor fluctuates greatly or is damaged, it should be replaced in time to ensure stable operating pressure and basically synchronized lifting and lowering of the grinding head.
6. Conduct trial polishing according to the polishing technical plan, adjust the polishing parameters if necessary, and confirm that the polishing profile meets the requirements before proceeding with formal polishing.
2. Requirements in rail grinding operations.
1. The operating speed of the grinding machine should be determined based on the nature of grinding and the characteristics of the grinding machine.
2. The lifting and landing position of the grinding wheel of the grinding wheel should increase the operating speed, reduce the grinding power, and minimize the periodic wear marks or corrugation valley depth.
3. The first pass of the rail grinding machine should grind the inner and outer rail angles of the rail head. The second pass of grinding should fully cover the first pass of grinding area and go beyond the starting point of the first pass of grinding by no less than 20m.
4. When grinding the switch, the overlapping area between the switch and the rails of the lines at both ends should not be less than 10m to ensure that the profile of the switch junction is continuous after grinding.
5. Technical indicators such as rail profile, cutting amount, and grinding surface width should be checked in a timely manner, and the grinding operation plan should be adjusted in a timely manner based on the difference between the measured rail profile and the target profile.
6. The valley depth of the rail surface wear marks where the grinding wheel falls should be checked in time. If it exceeds the requirements in Table 5.2.6, it should be dealt with in time.
7. It is not suitable to carry out rail grinding operations in rainy or snowy weather on ballastless track sections.
3. Requirements after rail grinding operations.
1. After grinding, the grinding debris and iron filings on the grinding vehicle should be removed promptly, and the grinding debris and iron filings on the rail surface, insulating joints, sleeper fasteners, turnout slide plates and ballastless tracks should be cleaned and removed during recovery operations. equipment to conduct switch switching tests.
2. Acceptance should be carried out according to the rail grinding acceptance standards.
