Basic structure

1. Basic structure:

The structure of the machine is shown in the figure, which is mainly composed of single chip microcomputer control part, power part, transmission part, feed part, deflection control part, auxiliary part and grinding wheel.

1. The control part of single chip microcomputer includes control motherboard, driver, display, power supply system, control switch, rectification system and voltage stabilizing system, which is used to accurately control grinding feed precision and angle.

2. The power part includes gasoline engine, gasoline engine frame, emergency switch button, etc., which is used to provide power for the equipment.

3. The transmission part consists of flexible shaft, bevel gear box, support, beam and belt, which is used for power input to grinding wheel.
