Maintenance and safe use guide
1, Petrol engine:
(1) The engine must use the lubricating oil specified in the engine manual, such as SAE10-30, and the lubricating oil must be sufficient, which can be checked with the dipstick. The first addition of lubricating oil should be replaced after 20 hours of use, and then new oil should be replaced every 6 months or 100 hours of work.
(2) Fuel gasoline should use unleaded gasoline for automobiles, and cannot use gasoline mixed with motor oil. The engine must be switched off when filling the fuel tank with petrol. Fuel should not be filled up to prevent spillage, and the fuel tank lid should be covered after refuelling. Wipe up any spilled petrol before starting the engine. Do not smoke and keep away from fireworks when filling petrol.
(3) The air filter element should be cleaned and maintained once a season or once every 50 hours of work, and replaced with new parts if necessary. Do not use petrol or low-flammability solvents to clean the air filter element, so as not to cause fire, should be clean compressed air cleaning. It is forbidden to use the engine without air filter.
(4) Spark plugs are recommended to use BP6ES BPR6ES (NGK) or the corresponding calorific value of the spark plug. The gap of the spark plug electrode is 0.7 to 0.8 mm. Spark plugs should be cleaned and adjusted every six months or 100 hours of operation. Spark plugs must be tightened, improperly tightened spark plugs will overheat and damage the engine, new spark plugs are tightened 1/2 turn more after pressing the gasket, used spark plugs are tightened 1/8-1/4 turn more after pressing the gasket.
2, tamping machine:
(1) Before each operation, the oil filling parts of the pick arm pin and clamping solid cylinder pin should be filled with oil with an oil gun. (Fill with molybdenum disulphide grease)
(2) Hydraulic oil should be replaced once a year, and the oil tank should be cleaned when changing oil.
(3) The vibration shaft bearing should be cleaned and replaced with grease once a quarter (molybdenum disulphide grease).
(4) lifting cylinder and clamping cylinder piston rod if oil leakage should be replaced in a timely manner sealing ring and dust ring.
(5) Walking wheel and tamping device bottom frame wheel bearings should be cleaned and replaced with grease once a year.
6)If not used for a long time, the petrol must be drained otherwise it will lead to starting difficulty and produce gelatinous precipitates which will block the fuel system. It should be properly treated against rust and dusted with coverings.
