Usage and precautions

1,Check before operation

1)Check the fasteners of each linkage part, if it is off or loose, the parts should be matched and tightened.

2)Check whether the hand pump works reliably and whether the inlet and outlet valves are closed well.

If it is not closed properly, it is not allowed to go on the road.

3)Check whether the fuel and lubricating oil of the engine meet the requirement of the engine. Check whether the hydraulic oil of the tamping machine reaches the standard of the upper limit of the oil mark. Hydraulic oil should be selected according to the season and local temperature (generally 68# in summer and 32# in winter).

(4) Start the internal combustion engine, operate the reversing valve, do lift, lower, tension, clip, left, right,

Transverse movement, test whether the action of the cylinder is flexible and reliable, the hydraulic system has no leakage, to confirm the normal operation of the whole machine.

2,Tamping operation

(1) Lift the travelling frame to the track, connect the travelling frame and the lower frame with the connecting plate, push the tamping machine onto the track and insert the safety pin. Put the lower frame and connecting plate outside the safety limit.

2)Start the internal combustion engine, debug the lift, traverse, tension clamp, no abnormality after starting the operation.

3)Manipulate the reversing valve to carry out tamping operation, and the operation sequence is as follows: toggle the downward insertion→clamp solid→open→lift up

4)After receiving the next order, open the tamping pick to the maximum and lift it to the highest point, and close the internal combustion engine.

5)Connect the connecting plate of walking frame and lower road frame.

6)Push the tamping machine to the outermost end of the lower road frame, drop the tamping pick and insert the positioning pin.

7)Disconnect the connecting plate between the travelling frame and the lower road frame, and lower the travelling frame to the road (without intruding into the safety limit).
