Preparation before operation
1. Check whether the components of the intelligent hydraulic rail trimming cutter are complete and connected firmly, and the fastening screws should be tightened.
2. Check that the hydraulic oil in the oil tank of the hydraulic pump station is not less than 3/4 of the oil tank opening. The hydraulic oil shall be selected according to the use season and local temperature (generally 68 # or above is selected in summer, and 32 # is appropriate in winter).
3. Fill gasoline and gasoline engine oil according to the gasoline engine instructions.
4. Connect the components, start the gasoline engine, and observe whether the hydraulic parts have oil leakage.
5. According to the instructions, first test whether the conversion of each part works reliably. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, immediately shut down the machine for inspection. After the fault is eliminated, restart the machine for idling test. The running time shall not be less than 3 minutes.
6. Read the instructions carefully. Operate in strict accordance with the instructions.
