Railway Stress Relief Smart Rail Striking Device
Welding long rails offline on a seamless railway line. This operation involves welding 0.5 km of rails into 1.5 km long rails, which are then placed freely between two rails on the operating line. For every 5°C increase in outdoor temperature, a crash vehicle is used to impact the long rails, causing them to move longitudinally and relieve stress. A rail impactor is used to impact the rails, causing them to move longitudinally and relieve stress. On existing lines, if work is to be performed on certain sections of the line, railway regulations require stress relief before proceeding. That is, the rails on this section of line are cut off and the fasteners are loosened, and the rail impactor is used to impact the rail impactor clamp, so that the rails are deformed by extension or compression to eliminate the deformation stress accumulated inside the rail body.
